Are you a ceramic manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a professional ceramic manufacturer based in Dehua, Fujian, China. Since 2006, we have specialized in ceramic mugs, cups, bowls, plates, planters, home décor, seasonal decorations and custom ceramic products. We work directly with importers, wholesalers, retailers, distributors and brands worldwide.

OEM & ODM
Can you make custom ceramic products based on our design?
Yes. We provide both OEM and ODM services. You can provide us with a drawing, product photo, reference sample, dimensions or simply an idea. Our team can help develop the product for ceramic production, including shape, size, glaze, color, decoration and packaging.
Can you develop a completely new mold?
Yes. We can develop new molds for custom ceramic products. For a new project, we normally confirm the product dimensions, shape, quantity and technical requirements before quoting the mold and development cost.
Can you add our logo or artwork?
Yes. We can provide different decoration options depending on the product, including decals, printing, color application, embossed details and other ceramic decoration techniques. Please send us your logo or artwork when requesting a quotation so we can recommend the most suitable process.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes. We can develop colors based on a Pantone reference, physical sample or other color reference. Because ceramic glazes and firing temperatures can affect the final appearance, we recommend approving a physical sample before mass production for important color-matching projects.
MOQ & Samples
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is generally 1,000 pieces per design. However, MOQ may vary depending on the product, mold, decoration, packaging and production requirements. For selected products, we may also consider smaller trial quantities with an adjusted unit price.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly recommend approving a sample before mass production, especially for customized products. Samples allow you to check: • Shape and dimensions • Color and glaze • Logo and decoration • Product function • Overall appearance • Packaging requirements
Are samples free?
Existing samples may be available at no charge depending on the product. Customized samples may require a sampling or development fee. Shipping costs for samples are normally paid by the customer. Please contact us with the product you are interested in, and we will confirm the sample cost.
Production & Lead Time
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the product, order quantity, customization and season. For standard production, our typical manufacturing schedule is approximately 45–65 days after sample approval and order confirmation. New mold development and complicated custom products may require additional time. We will provide a production schedule with your quotation.
When does the production lead time begin?
Production lead time normally begins after: 1. Product specifications are confirmed 2. Sample is approved, when applicable 3. Artwork is approved 4. Packaging specifications are confirmed 5. Purchase order and payment terms are confirmed This helps avoid delays caused by changes after production has started.
Can you handle large-volume orders?
Yes. We have experience supplying ceramic products to international retailers, importers and distributors. For large orders, we can discuss production schedules, shipment planning and phased deliveries according to your requirements.
Quality Control
How do you control product quality?
Quality control is carried out throughout the production process rather than only at the end. Depending on the product, our inspection process may include: • Raw material inspection • Mold and shape inspection • Greenware inspection • Glaze inspection • Firing inspection • Decoration inspection • Size and weight checking • Final product inspection • Packaging inspection For customized projects, production is based on the approved sample and specifications.
Can you provide a pre-shipment inspection?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged according to the customer's requirements. For larger orders, customers may also arrange third-party inspection services if required.
What happens if there is a quality problem?
We take quality issues seriously. If a problem is identified, please provide photographs, videos, inspection information and order details. Our team will investigate the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
Packaging & Shipping
How are your ceramic products packaged?
Because ceramics are fragile, export packaging is an important part of our production process. Depending on the product and customer's requirements, packaging may include: • Individual boxes • Inner cartons • Protective inserts • Foam or other cushioning materials • Master cartons • Customized retail packaging • Pallet packing Packaging can be customized according to the product, retail requirements and shipping method.
Can you make custom retail packaging?
Yes. We can work with customers on customized packaging, including product boxes, color boxes, labels, barcode labels, gift packaging and carton markings. Please provide your packaging requirements when requesting a quotation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly supply customers in North America, Europe and other international markets. We can work with customers on different shipping arrangements, including container shipments and other export solutions. Shipping terms can be discussed according to the order and destination.
Pricing & Orders
How can I get a quotation?
For an accurate quotation, please send us as much of the following information as possible: • Product photo or drawing • Product dimensions • Estimated quantity • Material preference, if applicable • Color or glaze requirements • Logo or artwork • Packaging requirements • Delivery country • Target delivery date The more information you provide, the more accurately we can calculate the cost.
Does a larger quantity mean a lower unit price?
Generally, yes. Ceramic production involves mold, labor, firing, decoration, packaging and other fixed or semi-fixed costs. Larger production quantities can usually reduce the average cost per piece. We can provide pricing based on different quantity levels when appropriate.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms depend on the customer, order size and project. For new customers, we normally discuss a deposit and balance payment against of BL copy. For established customers with a long-term business relationship, other payment terms may be discussed separately.
Compliance & International Markets
Can your products meet requirements for the US and European markets?
Yes. We have experience supplying products to international customers and understand the importance of market-specific requirements. Depending on the product and destination market, testing or documentation may be required. Please tell us your target market when requesting a quotation so we can confirm the applicable requirements.
Can you provide product testing or compliance documents?
Testing and documentation can be discussed according to the product and destination market. If your customer requires specific testing, such as food-contact or other market-specific requirements, please let us know before production.
Custom Projects
Can you help if I only have a product idea?
Absolutely. You do not necessarily need a finished drawing. You can send us: • A photograph • A sketch • A similar product • A 3D file • Dimensions • A description of your idea Our team can evaluate the concept and discuss how it can be developed into a ceramic product.
Can you make exclusive products for our brand?
Yes. For OEM/ODM projects, we can develop customized shapes, colors, finishes, decorations and packaging according to your requirements. For projects involving proprietary designs, we can also discuss confidentiality and development arrangements.
Can you help improve our existing ceramic product?
Yes. If you already have a product but want to reduce cost, improve packaging, change the glaze, modify the shape or improve production efficiency, send us your existing product information. Our team can evaluate possible improvements for mass production.
